reviewed open access journal. It publishes high quality papers containing
original research findings, investigative reports, and scientific proceedings on
parasites which are transmitted to humans via the consumption of food or
FAWPAR is the official journal of the International Association for Food and
Waterborne Parasitology. Alvin Gajadhar of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
(CFIA) is the Editor of FAWPAR, and Ray Gamble of the U.S. National Academy of
Sciences leads the Association.
For all articles submitted before December 31, 2016, there is a 33% discount
off the open access publication fee. Members of IAFWP are eligible for an
additional 20% discount.
